Keith and Elizabeth are the influence behind everything Brown’s is able to do for the Northwest Arkansas community. Keith has been in the collision and auto repair field for 44 years. He took over his father's business in Texarkana before moving to Northwest Arkansas in the 1980s. Elizabeth has been right beside Keith since the start and manages Brown’s finances.
Customer Service Specialist
Jennifer has been with Brown’s since June of 2014. She is your go-to gal when it comes to contacting Brown’s about your vehicle. She is the first person you’ll see when you walk through the front door and she always has freshly baked cookies waiting for you. Jennifer is happy to help with any inquiries or requests that you may have for Brown’s.
Kyle joined Brown’s in February of 2011. He has been working in the automotive repair business for over 10 years. Kyle excels at estimating the cost of repairing damaged automobiles. Kyle is prepared to speak with you and get a plan in place to have your vehicle fixed properly.
John has been with Brown’s since September of 2014. He has more than 24 years of automotive experience. He is here to help with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your vehicle. In his free time John enjoys hunting and working on his Corvette.
Production & Refinish Manager
Mitch began working for Brown’s in July of 2011. He is responsible planning, assigning, and inspecting the refinishing process. He upholds Brown’s standard of quality by thoroughly inspecting the quality and completeness of each vehicle before returned to the owner.
Brad joined Brown’s in July of 2013. He manages and provides financial information to management for review. He works alongside the estimator’s to ensure the receivables are collected in a timely manner and that the payables are paid on time.
